Sarah Poolton

Harrogate Tuition by Sarah Poolton is a family run business that has grown organically since 2018. Across a 20-year teaching career, I have worked for renowned private institutions in Hong Kong (i.e., Singapore International School & The English Schools Foundation) and in the public sector in the UK. I have supported the learning and development of high-achieving children working above the expected standard for their age and those who are working below or towards the expected standard. I have also had the privilege of working with children with special educational needs, including autism, dyslexia, and dyscalculia. I now apply my expertise to the provision of a range of tutoring services and currently work with families in Harrogate, Bath, Hong Kong, Dubai, and Doha.  I strongly believe in the transformative power of quality tuition. As a tutor and as a parent, I see the positive impact that tuition has on the confidence and learning curve of children and young people.
